Dunkirk – Movie Review

Official Synopsis:

Allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Empire and France are surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II.

Review Summary:

A psychologically harrowing war film about a terrifying moment in history.

Nolan crafts a frighteningly realistic portrayal of the Allied soldiers’ evacuation, with some of the best aerial dogfights ever put to screen. While the characters may not be the strongest, this film is all about war, the horror of the moment.
