Get Out – Movie Review

Official Synopsis:

A young African-American man visits his Caucasian girlfriend’s mysterious family estate.

Review Summary:

Get Out is an exciting debut from Peele, who deftly combines enticing racial satire with genre thrills to impressive results.

I’ve seen more horror films than I can possibly count–being a big fan of the genre–so it’s refreshing that there are still original voices out there providing revitalization to the genre. Peele has crafted a highly appealing, special film that I hope will cause moviegoers to have a conversation on the way home about horror movies and social values.
